Default warrior help

it can't be the carb boot because i just replaced it last month (for the second time). i'm pretty sure my air box and lid on all the way and correctly. all the hoses and connections i believe are also fine. but i will double check tomorrow. i hate to go through the carb AGAIN. this would make the .......... 5th time lol.

when i do the plug test do i have to ride it or can i just do it in my garage by bringing it to full throttle and then just cutting it off? on second thought how will i be able to do a spark plug test if i can't get it to run with out the choke being on???? if i do have a leak in the intake i dunno where it would be as to almost all those parts are new. the onlt peice that isn't new is the hose coming from the air box to the carb. but i checked that and didn't find any cracks or holes. i know my k7n filter wasn't sitting right and some of the foam seal was missing so i fixed it with a piece of sponge and put a small piece of a towel under the filter to prop it up so there was no gap like before. all of that is still in the same place.

i did notice that when i took the throttle cover off there was condinsation inside where all the throttle linkages are. so i put silicone around the cover to seal it. i don't think that would be causing this because there's nothing in there except the throttle linkage. but i'll go through everything AGAIN tomorrow and see what's up. i'll let you guys know how it goes.

ok heres the update. i went a picked up some new plugs and put one in. i' cleaned out the entire carb. all jets and all openings that could posible get clogged. put everything back together started it up and it was doing the same thing as before. so i messed around with my fuel/air mixture screw. i started out at 2 turns out, no change. 2 1/2 no change. 3 - 1/2 no change. 4 turns out it started running better. got to 4 1/2 and 5 turns out it was running great. so i believe i need to go 1 size up on my pilot jet.?

i have a print out that says if you get more than 3 turns out you need to up your pilot jet size. the one i'm running now is stock 42.5. i do a 45 which i believe is the next size up from a 42.5. so that's pretty much where i stand now.
