Default Warrior Help

Think about what you are doing here....turning the air screw out is introducing more air into the idle circuit, leaning out the amount of fuel entering the idle circuit. So it's telling you it wants to be leaner....but that does'nt make sense. Before you added packing you were lean, which means there was virtually no restriction, and now you are rich because you created more restriction. If the bike ran fine before you re-packed the silencer, you can look no further....you messed something up. Haha....did you make sure your air filter was CLEAN and in good working order? I can't imagine a 4 stroke being so temperamental to such a slight change.

With everything buttoned up and the bike running, spay starting fluid around the boot and make sure there are no leaks...be it the boot or where the intake meets the jug. I know you know you're listening for an increase in idle when you do this. Also, make sure the bike is at full operating temp before you go ham-fisting this whole deal. Let me know what you find, I'll do what I can to help you.

oh yeah, and throw a new plug in there too while your at it. I always start fresh when dialing in the jetting on anything.
