04 blaster with some fuel problems. i was wondering if this is how they run or it is mine. took the carb off the bike after it sat in the previous owners garage. cleaned it with carb cleaner and replaced needle and made sure everything was put in exactly as it was taken out. wasnt getting fuel, so took it off again and cleaned the bottom needle valve set, where the fuel comes from the tank...made sure the floats and the needle were free and giving play...the bike sputters a lot in 1st and 2nd and doesnt seem to be getting fuel but runs normally in other gears, and when its wide open. any help will help! thanks
