I need a beefier clutch for my raptor! HELP
#1
While doing some steep hill climbinb this weekend I found that if you even use the clutch alittle it fads untill it cools. This stinks expecially when your own your way up a huge hill where you need your clutch.
Anyone change there clutch if so to what kind and did it help with clutch fade, and did you change the springs too. Any info would help before I roll my quad do to clutch fade!

Mine doesn't fade when it gets hot, it wants to pull. I Fried my original clutch in my Raptor on Thanksgiving. Yamaha put all new clutch plates, and springs. 1st time I rode it after that, got it a little hot in the woods, and a little mud, it did the same thing. Once it cools, it's fine.
If I burn this one up I will go with aftermarket.
I only use Yamaha clutches in my racebike(yz400F).
They work really well and last in it.
