engine noise

Default engine noise

engine has a tick replaced whole upper half of engine, piston, rings, valves ,guides seals timing chain, springs and cam. any answers what the noise could be

what kinda bike, and could be your rockers or valve adjustment

1987 warrior replaced rockers, lash is correct

needs break in time then. is it a loud ticking noise or suttle. When I rebuilt mine it did that for the first hour then quit.

well it may be something in the lower in, I don't know would have to hear it to give a idea.

Did you replace the rocker arms themselves, the could be bad.

yes replaced rocker. do you think it could be crank bearings

when i rebuilt my warrior engine it had a few ticks i had to work out but sounds like yours may be the start of a bad crank berring

could be, was there slack in the rod (side to side) when you went to rebuild it..
