Default Warrior brakes

The pull on the lever is like pulling a spunge, And I've tried bleeding them several diffrent ways.
The orgional was pull in the handle and let the bleeder vlalve out till fluid squirts out, the tighten it before you release the handle.

But it still feels like mush, but they work, just don't feel safe..

Any thoughts

Having the same ongoing issue as you. My next step it to replace the rubber lines. I think mine are stock, (89 frame), but I have bled the hell out of them just like you. I figure its the same as cars, once the rubber wears out when you put pressure thru them they expand resulting in low pressure behind the piston. Let me know if you find the fix!

That's what it is, the rubber brake lines are crap. I replaced mine with the ASR dual line setup, and it worked really well, especially with a yfz450 master cylinder thrown into the mix. The braided lines make a bigger difference than the master cylinder though. No matter what you do you're not going to get the warrior's brakes real strong and responsive like on most other sport quads, the calipers are kinda weak and the diameter of the rotors is too small as well. Either way, you will get noticable improvement out of upgrading your lines.

If I may make one other suggestion, whatever you do, don't buy tusk brake lines. They'll work for a while but they use really cheap rubber that dry rots almost instantly. I would recommend the ASR brake lines over all others, but the Russell and Galfer lines are also good.
