Default 2000 Yamaha Warrior Jeting

I have a 2000 Yamaha warrior that needs to be opened up so I purchased a FMF Power core IV slip on muffler, and a K&N Jet kit. What I am looking for, is what jet in the kit works the best? Thanks...

I have a 2000 warrior also with a cobra pipe and a k&n filter. all I did is replaced the main jet with a 150 and adjusted the screw a little. runs great.

Is your air box open or closed? I have a 150 main right know and with the airbox closed it runs rich as hell after half throttle, Air box lid off runs ok, but still feels like its getting to much gas, throttle response is weak. when i give it gas it feels like its still bogging down.

my airbox is closed. I ride in a lot of water and mud so I left it on. I'm about 2 turns out on the screw. I can run it all out after warm up and the plug comes out clean. I haven't even tried it without the lid yet. I may try it this afternoon

my buddie told me to put wholes in the top of the air box to stop that problem.. He also told me that it will not get mud and water in air box because of the seat..

have you adjusted the clip? might want to try to adjust it. keep in mind, I've only had my warrior for about a month now. I have no idea if any engine work has been don't to it.
I've been thinking of putting some holes in my lid to get a little more power out of it. I may try the outerwears lid.

Its actually a mod to your existing lid, you can get one on rockymntatv or ebay, I have one from ebay, but yet to install it, I think i saved $50 buying one from ebay. K&N also makes a prefilter, which just sits inplace of your lid.
