I have a 2000 warrior also with a cobra pipe and a k&n filter. all I did is replaced the main jet with a 150 and adjusted the screw a little. runs great.</end quote></div>
Is your air box open or closed? I have a 150 main right know and with the airbox closed it runs rich as hell after half throttle, Air box lid off runs ok, but still feels like its getting to much gas, throttle response is weak. when i give it gas it feels like its still bogging down.

have you adjusted the clip? might want to try to adjust it. keep in mind, I've only had my warrior for about a month now. I have no idea if any engine work has been don't to it.
I've been thinking of putting some holes in my lid to get a little more power out of it. I may try the outerwears lid.
