i agree thats why i have a wolverine. but you have some people that all they do is ride back and forth and drag race.

 

If you tak eoff the air box lid you must rejet. I run my z400 with no lid but use a Outwears lid cover which relaces the lid and sheds off mud and water. Keeps from having to clean the filter so often. This is'nt a cover which goes over the filter but replaces the lid it self.You will notice a power increase if you take off the lid, add bigger jets, add a slip on exhaut.

yeah, well with us having the kodiak i know what they are capable of speed wise, which isnt much compared to other atv's, but i dont go the top speed often anyways. the only time i top it out is when(like TLC said) i am traveling on roads inbetween our properties.
