Blaster Problem
Every time I turn the gas to the off position for transport of my blaster when I get to where I'm going and turn it back on the machine either starts draining gas out of the overflow hose, or when I start it, it will idle but when I give it gas it dies? I then take the float bowl off spray it and float with cleaner and it runs fine. When I go to return home from riding the same thing will happen if I turn the fuel off. What is the direct connection between the fuel on/off swithch on the gas tank and the float in the bottom of the carb, since there only connected by a then black hose? THANKS FOR THE HELP!!!!!!!!

Blaster Problem
The Inline filter will solve the problem if its the same thing that happend to my blaster. The on off selector has a ruber o-ring and gasket my 2003 had already went to crap and when you move the **** tiny pieces of the gasket chunk off and end up in your float valve causing it to be stuck open. After a little riding and some bumping around the rubber will come free. new valve rebuild will cost 6 bucks from yamaha.
