Default Blaster Problem Fixed Thanks

I ended up changing the gas, cleaning the fuel filter in tank, took apart and cleaned the fuel ****, new spark plug, completely tore down the carb and cleaned twice. After that no more gas would pour out of the overflow but it still wouldn't run when I gave it gas. I don't no why I thought of it but I checked and the PARKING BRAKE CABLE WAS PINCHED AND BEING PULLED JUST SLIGHTLY which per manual will not let machine run or idle past 2000 rpm. Thanks for everyone's help and suggestions it was driving me crazy. I new it has to be something small.
