Default Aftermarket light kit!

Does anyone recommend an after market light kit that I could put on my sons Raptor 50? I dont understand why they never put one on it...probably because they dont think that a kid should be driving in the dark....I would really like to get one for my sons bike! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanx

I went with Al's reccomendation from Raptor80racing.com

He sells the TrailTech HID light kit for the Raptor 50 & 80. I bought one for each kids' bike. I also did not understand why Yamaha did not put one on the 50 and 80 Rappys. Even my Kazuma Wombat 50 has a headlight at 1/3rd the price. I will post pics as soon as I receive and install them. I just ordered them on Friday.

I asked around and the Trailtechs are one of the brightest considering the wattage limitation. I did not want to change out the stator. We will see. I know it will be brighter than what is on there now...Nothing!!! I looked at the cheaper over the counter stuff at my local parts store and at the off road shops and I found myself going back to the Trailtechs. Expensive, but I can't spare the $$$ when it comes to my kids and their safety.

yeah...I agree with the safety...I checked them out on line...they only make one light for the Raptor 50/80....but if you click on the pictures they have two lights with different angles....My only thing is I was wondering how much would it drain the battery to have them on all the time and how long would they last before you hafta replace them before they burned out? They do look good tho!
