Will a 2006 Blaster cylinder fit on a 1998 bottom end?

I confirmed the part numbers from 1998 to 2006 for the Cylinders are the same. The 1998 part #2XJ-11311-01-00 supercedes to the 2006 #2XJ-11311-02-00.
