2 shops! wow i would make that first guy put on my old CDi and find the problem. you know i had this problem 3 years ago with my wifes warrior several times. i finally figured it was somthing silly. it was the wire connection in the spark plug boot was making a bad connection. i normally start where the problem and start going backwards. so i would start at the plug and go back. you can find manuals on line with electrical plans to look at. one thing for sure, i would never go back to those shops.

yeah your right, unfortunatly the problem started when some kids tried to steel it they cut the main harness right behind the headlight, the guy i bought it off of spliced them back and ever since theres been no fire, and where he had to splice them is in a really bad spot to get to.but i guess when i get it home im gonna have to remove them and redo it so i know for sure there good connections.
thanks
