Well a two stroke burns what 30 to one or something? In five minutes it won't burn much gas and only 1/30th as much oil. Have you checked to see if it is going elsewhere like the air box or the radiator etc?

if its not smoking like a frieght trian, then its proabaly somewhere else you may be burning a little n then some going into the radiator, check it and see if its milky... but to be bone dry in 5 mins with no leaks your packing may be absorbilg alot of the fuel.
willie- no offense, just your org. post didnt make much sense. I still don't see it going into the airbox, but i have seen stranger things working on motors....

pmcc37 no offense taken i do tend to go on about how my 88' Jimmy was smoking and burning oil , and how i was about to sell it for whatever i could get for it ; i was willing to take a big loss on this one !
If it hadn't been for the Sea Foam i would've taken a big loss , so it was a good thing the mechanic who put the timing chain and gear set being to busy to put new seals in the transmission of my Chevy S10 ; i would've sold it for scrap metal if it hadn't been for the Sea Foam !.....

if its in the radiator, just open the cap, if its a milky color, theres your problem, if for some reason its in the air box let me know and take pictures, cuase i wont believe it...lol
if its in the radiator, you have a crack somewhere in your water passage, head gasket(but would still be showing oil-just more n milky) or a cracked head. or jug, either way you'll have to taer it down to find the culpret
Good luck in keep me updated.
