Was looking at raptorzone.com only to see that there is some lawyer out there trying to ban our sport. so email this idiot and try not to swear or say anything that helps him. you can see his website at http://www.bennettlawfirm.com/index.html

I dropped them a line explaining how I felt on the subject. I was very civil and used no vulgar language. I also expressed deep sympathy that anyone was ever hurt while riding, but that accidents happen. If the bike came apart and caused the accident, or something of that nature, I could see their justification. I just don't see how the manufacturers can be held liable.

Wow what's next. Banning BMX bikes to kids under 16 so they don't break an arm. I read their propaganda and it is unbelievable that anyone could think that way. I didn't write them yet too mad but that is just insane.

chasman, I e-mailed the firm probably 3-4months ago at least and they sent me a story about someone getting hurt on a ds650 do to a manufacture defect which I then explained that accidents do happen in everday life but why ban a total market do to certain incidents. Let me know if this is the story there sending everyone again its about someone getting hurt on a ds650 it took them about 2months to get back to me.
