but don't all new automatics???? they've come along way from when auto's first came out too.

Default 2006 wolverine

so i finally got a chance to take the carb off again and clean it good get it all back together and now it sounds like it misses at low idle also put a new plug in. is there any adjustment for the mixture? i know there is the idle speed but i do not see any other ones or am i just not seeing it.

ericprt looking through the yamaha service manual I dont see any mixture adjustment at all. maybe your idle speed is just set a little too low causing it to miss a little at idle(not sure just trying to help) Or maybe you still have a little dirt in something?

where is the mixture screw miassmaro? I cant find it in the stupid yamaha service manual

Hey Chris the mixture screw is on the bottom / front of the carb just in front of the bowl. Yours might still be under a brass plug.

sorry its located where derrel stated,you have to remove the carb to adjust.
