Default Warrior Help ASAP

I put a brand spanking new Ricky Stator in my 87 warrior. now i have some/no spark. it will spark once or twice then stop then do it again then stop...? everything is hooked up right and the stator is the right model for mine. could i have a bad ignition coil or cdi? any help would be great thanks.

didn't you test those before you determind it was stator? it could be your ignition coil or it could be your spark plug wire has a crack in it and is sparking out the side somewhere instead of to the plug.... thats why u see alot of them all siliconed up.
