Just as long as you keep everything above water, don't sink it, "just hangin" your not going to have any belt or other problems..... Which has been brought up in another thread. They have more power, come stock with 4x4 select, but dont have locking differiential up front, that would help
As far as the old woly's there kinda pinchy, there slower than a big bear, smaller tires, ect, ect ect. Same bike with smaller tires. Stock they don't make much sense, but you put the 424 select and redo the engine and you got something, otherwise you got a big bear with smaller tires and a diffrent name.....

yeah i really like that color. i might take the one of mine that was stolen and redo the plastic instead of painting it. as far as the belt when i first got mine i was an idiot and didn't know about the drain plug well after taking it out 3 or 4 times with out draining it started slipping. and maybe it's just me but i've always thought mud was dirt and WATER.
i kind of like the design for the older model better maybe it's just me but it looks differnt and i like that and like you said there is so much more stuff you can do to the older ones but thats just cause they've been out longer.

i wonder if you could put the 450 in the older model.

 

i think you could put a 450 in a older model, but not the one out of the new ones... now a kodiak motor probably..... shift driven, i dont thnk theres enough room for the auto... but then your into all kinds off issues, plus you can build the hell out of the older ones and it's not going to be as fast as the new ones

 

One thing for sure is the floor boards on the new 450 is really a **** poor design. I broke mine all to he%% before I could get some skid plates built.

 

yeah i'm not a fan of the foot boards. mine are broke on one of mine and it's not that much to fix them 15 bucks it's jut the principal. i think the dealers need to come out with an ATV thats already all moded out.
