also has any one done the pod mod and if so what wire is it exactly... when i pull the ecm the yellow wire on top to the right abought 3rd in has blue on it, if i flip the connector over there is a solid yellow wire that would then be on the right is this the one? So basiclly it would be the bottom left wire then the ecm is installed... I so any one know where the wire goes so i dont have to cut it there.. Thanks in advance..

First the 2008 does not have the same POD as the 2007 people write about doing this "mod". As far as I've read the option was removed from late 2007 and 2008 models. Also there are no wires to mess with, its a function of the display.
Next the reverse over ride is just grounding the wire that goes to the reverse switch on the engine to the chassis. Most posts deal with installing a switch but just pulling the wire off of the switch and connecting it to ground will work.

I wrote a quick lil list of instructions for the reverse rev-limiter override... You can find it here...
