Questions about Yamaha quads

Is there any real difference between the two? My suspicion is that the YFM prefix is on all of the Yamaha quads, but is usually left off. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

exact same quad, the YFM prefix is usually left off, raptor 350 = YFM 350

Questions about Yamaha quads

Yamaha has been using YFM in their model #s for a long time, but on every quad, it becomes redundant, so you just usually leave it off. Or call it by it's name - doesn't Raptor 350 sound cooler than YFM 350?
