new carb on a blaster now it won't idle right?????

Default new carb on a blaster now it won't idle right?????

wait a minute...a 30mm? lol blasters come stock with 26mm mikunis thats a pretty big step...does it run great at all other RPMS? and all thats wrong is idle? or does it bog, back fire, hesitate at all during WOT or 1/2 throttle?

stock jets is 230, have it right in fornt of me, but since u have a pipe it would be bigger

yes, runs great all the time except idle [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]


yep, just the idle, no bogging or backfiring, doesn't seem to hesitate, i didn't get on it, it was in his parents yard [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

hmm well youll have to get on it in the rpms a little see if its still clear but you might need a smaller pilot jet or just adjust your screws on your carb and see if it smooths out, if it runs good everywhere excpet idle then its gotta be a pilot jet or fuel screw most likely...lol i wish i was there id figure it out real quick and get ya idling again...lol
