99 Warrior occassional spark-HELP!!
#1
I need some help if anyone knows a lot about 99 warriors. I was out riding and it just killed one day. After a ton of time going through the electrical, I replaced the coil, CDI, and the guy i bought it from had just replaced the stator (I only owned it for a week when it died.)
Does anyone know of what it could possibly be? I get spark great for 30 seconds, then nothing, then a little spark, then nothing, and so on and so forth. I am at a loss. Could it be the wiring harness? Are these years warriors notorious for somethign specific? It won't roll start either.

make sure your sparkplug boot is intact, and your main switch assembly(Where your key goes) make sure that is plugged in good, also unplug it and check those little prongs to make sure none of them have sunk down into the connector, and double check all your other connections, throughout your wiring harness and use dialectric grease on them.

Also check the the 2 relays that are on the back of the the quad well if you are looking at the back of it on the left side there are 2 relays and they get real dirty some time and mess up all kinds of ****
