Nope it's not I took apart the air cleaner today to see if maybe somthing was in there and to see if the air filter was clogged up or somthing and the boots are perfect..

 

Well I think im going to just take it to the shop. Today my kids wanted to ride there 4 wheeler so I have to follow them with my quad and it started backfiring like crazy at low speeds and when I would stop it would just die. If I took off with it, it seemed to go alright it was just when I was putting around following my kids it would start to go nuts.. Needless to say I did alot of walking..
