660R Clutch Problem ??
Last weekend while riding, I noticed the power to the wheels abruptly decrease for about 1 second, then abruptly go back to normal. This week its happening much more frequent and getting worse. Clutch adjustment is correct, oil type is correct and oil level is correct. Is this a normal sign of a worn clutch? I would have expected it to slip and continue to slip (not re-engage abruptly)
Any suggestions?

660R Clutch Problem ??
I had a similar problem with my 04 after I did several engine mods, I replaced stock assembly with Hinson parts and a Barnett clutch and haven't had a problem since. On the otherhand if yours is an 01 you may have a failing transmission. My friend had an 01 and he stripped a few teeth and his would have abrupt split second power loss in 2nd and 3rd gears as it would come to the missing teeth. We thought it was a slipping clutch till we replaced it and it still had the same problem. We he took it apart and figured out it was missing gears he replaced his tranny gears with the Alba gears. He kept it for several more years without anymore problems.
