i bought universal lights to put on my blaster because i bought a maier race front which has no headlight but i dont know where the wire that powered the stock headlight is because there is only 3 wires. 1 (black) which is the ground im pretty sure then there is a green and yellow wire which go to the switch on the handle bars where is the power wire?

well you gotta keep in mind blasters dont have batteries they just have like a little generator, and i think that is your power wire the yellow and green, low and high beam maybe i dno but thats how my warrior is... of course i have 2 headlights, 2 sets of yellow, green, black i think the yellow and green are obviously power wires though, and im guessing the power runs through your switch on the handlebars

i just dont see how i can hook up the power to these lights cause the end of the wire looks like a U like you would loosen a screw n slide it under like your grounding in but im sure its the power wire

When we bought our FMF pipe it came with a chart for the jetting, considering elevation. The carb can be tricky the first time, but once you have had it apart it will be second nature. Just make sure you get the slide all the way in when you are putting it back together. The main part to clean will be the main nozzle, main jet, and pilot jet. After you get the bowl off the bottom take the gas distributer off, ( a little plastic piece that slides over the main jet) un-screw the main jet and there will be a washer. I take the washer off and screw the main jet back in a few turns then I take the handle end of a screw driver and tap the main washer and this should nock out the main nozzle, this has to come out from the top. The main nozzle has 4 holes on each side that you need to make sure are clean. Just remember how it goes back together, the nozzle can only go in one way because it has a notch that has to slide past on stub on the carb. then just to the side of the main jet and nozzle is the pilot jet. It takes a small screw driver to fit down a little hole and unscrew the pilot jet. They plug up fairly easy because they are so small, but only affect idle if it is plugged. Put it all back together and you should have it. The filter set up that 91 warrior357 has is perfect, we do run a stock style filter but maintanance is key to longevity. Sorry if I went into info that you already knew, I don't use any thing but gas and an air compressor to clean the carb.
Good luck with your project.

only the Toomey pipes come with jets, air filter, and all that stuff. Yes you should change the jetting, there are instructions on the toomey site. stock jet with a pipe is too lean and you risk seizing it. it's really easy.

i ordered a clamp on air filter and they said it came with everything nessary to install it and when i got it it was just the air filter and a pre filter n i went back and looked at the discription of the product and it says emilinates stock airbox and filter so that means it connects straight to the carb but that cant be safe can it ???? how can i go about re locating it in a safe spot
