i would not say that big time drag racers are againts efi. i mean raptor 700 are hitting 100hp now. i dont think any 4 stroke drag racer would be expect much more than that.
i would not consider myself a big time drag racer but my bike will be dang good and dragging with 80hp give or take. and it will be one of the fastest whooped sand drag quads out there sence it will have long travel suspension front and back.</end quote></div>
My point exactly!!!!

<div class="FTQUOTE"><begin quote>but can your make it for that cheap?</end quote></div>
I think so. Piston, cam, pipe and carb and your there. The 715's and 730's are putting out a bunch of power and if you want the torque monster you can get an 800 kit.
<div class="FTQUOTE"><begin quote>and the v will not handle like the raptor will. i ride so cal deserts which have a ton of whoops so you need a lot of suspension also not just hp. </end quote></div>
No argument from me on this point. The factory put Walmat suspension on the V, that's for sure.
Aftermarket can fix that though. Any serious racer is not going to have stock suspension on their ride anyway.

your right about that. i just like the fact i am making that power with the relablity on a stock bore. eather way you will be hauling ***. i like the fact now a days you have so meny options if you want to be fast. not like the 90s where a shee was your only real choice.
