in a short drag like tenth of a mile or 8th of a mile which would win something along the lines like a yfz trx or ltr 450 versus a blaster with:

vforce reeds
DG full exuast
DG jet kit
bored to 210cc
K&n air filter
maxxis razers
moose reed spacer with 18 in tires

 

The blaster will get owned, even against most stock 450's.

 

2 strokes dont have much bottom end...therefore u gotta rev it high to pull off the line fast which will just make your tires spin like crazy, but other than that ud have to have a bigger carb, 240 or 250 kit with good gripping tires and the engine would have to be ported to hell.

The Blaster won't stand a chance in ANY length race against a 450, even if the Blaster has extensive mods.

 

That wouldnt be much of a race. My old Warrior outruns piped Blasters pretty easy but stock 450s make it look like Im not moving.
