ATC250r never gives up. It seems he goes from one thing to another. He is Jealous. He needs to sell that thing and buy the Raptor before he has a stroke.

The people I ride with ALL have the 400ex and to man they ALL say they like the way it revs so much quicker than their 400exs. But to be fair only one of them likes it better overall as it is stock. I used to not like atc250r's posts, on this forum, but now I am beginning too for the hilarity. He has a good imagination.

The Raptors engine is not the dated machine that is on the 400ex. I will predict by the end of 2001 there will be three sport quads that will dominate the 400ex in it's own engine class. Just my opinion.

I am deeply saddened that only one person has actually brought out A point I am Dying to have answered. Who Going to PUT REAL CARBS on the Raptor?, I think twin Mikuni Flatslides might be a bit wild. Especially around 38-40mm. We need someone to do it who has experience, such as CT or Sparks.
As far as others riding a raptor once or twice and then talking bad about it, It takes about a month to become accustomed to riding it properly. And it rocks.
