The Problem was resolved. All I did to fix it was take the Carb completely apart, and deep clean it. Even when it was completely apart it really didnt look all that dirty, but aparently it had a spec of dirt somwhere it shouldnt have been. So my message to everyone is if you have problems with your atv starting up, or just dying on you, clean the carb to the last screw, it helps. I went many months without riding because i was replacing stuff, when all i needed to do was clean the carb... Thanks everyone for their help.
