The Toomey Needle kit, I beleive, is the same as the one DynoJet sells. Non the less, it is well worth the $$. The needle makes for a great transition from Part to Full throttle, and a little more power all around. I put the Toomey needle in my brothers Banshee W/FMF Gold's and it made a world of difference. I was having a hard time finding the right combo of jets and needle, before trying the Toomey Kit. It runs great now.
You should run 30 pilots and 290's on the main. This jetting depends on area you ride and your airfilter choice. My choice was running the Toomey 2 into 1 foam filter with the Uni FOAM outerwear.
Good Luck.

4Ever, The pilot jet works in conjunction with the air screw from idle to off idle to 1/8 throttle. You might not find any major improvment over the entire power band, by increasing the pilot jet, but it will improve the area mentioned.
What you want is a smooth transition from idle to full throttle, without a lean condition.
Your jetting seems alittle "fat" to me, but I dont know what kind of air conditions you normally ride. I ride at Glamis, and 320's seem to run in the safe zone for me. Try making a jetting pass, and check the plug. Without an EGT gauge, its really the only way to know if your jetting is ok. Better off a little "rich" than a little "lean".
