Yes they will fit just fine and if you ride in the woods I would go too a 22 rears and 21 fronts as well! IMO

Welcome to the forums. As Dodge57Hemi said yes, they will fit. 22" are nice when trail riding. Not sure but, you may want to drop a tooth to compensate for the higher gearing tho. I did when I had 22" on my 400EX.

Yes the 20/11/9 will fit and will actually give you about an inch extra width in the rear as the "11" number is the footprint of the tire an thus is wider then the 20/10/9

As far as going to 22" I have to say I'm not a big fan of that move..... I know it works well for other people, but my experience is that it changes the handling and gearing too much for my taste..... some people will swear by it but I find unless you have the dollars to invest in serious other goodies to compensate (longer swing arm, better shocks, taller fronts) because I find the rear end gets too bouncy with taller tires....

Most of the guys that run XC professionally, who run 22" in the rear, also run wider rear axles and longer swing arms, as well as taller front tires to level out the machine and make up for that lost stability and change in chassis extension......

Cheap mods to compensate for 22" rears.... drop 1 tooth on the front sprocket for <$20. That sets your gearing back around stock.

But buying the taller front tires was also a good suggestion.
