Default Banshee Exhaust

I have a yamaha banshee with a 2 into 1 exhaust system but i want to buy a new muffler for it. Does it have to be a certain kinda muffler to be able to be ran 2 into 1 or can any 1 muffler be used 2 into 1?

I don't see why any muffler wouldn't work, as long as it fits. Basically a 2 stroke muffler just gives you sound and quiets it down, where a 4 stroke muffler is more important because it creates needed back pressure.
