How come Yamaha didn't make the grizzly liquid cooled.
Usuallly the only people I hear complain about it is the Polaris fans, but I was curious if there was a reason that is a pretty big engine to have only have fan/oiled cooled.

I'm not sure why they didn't. But the up sides to it are, less weight, less maintenence, and inspite of it all, its still the one to beat! At least for now.
I've ridden my Grizzly very hard in both hot and cold weather, and never once found it lacking for performance! Also I have never had to add one drop of oil to it in between oil changes.
I think the reason Polaris "fans" try to hack on the Grizzly at every opportunity is because untill the Grizzly, the Polaris was the bad boy on the block. Even if it was a weak badboy.
