Im trying to make my 2009 raptor 700r se legal

how do i do that?

 

If quads can be made street legal in your state all I know of that you need is turn signals, horn, rear view mirror, the 700 should already have hi/low beams and break light, you will probably have to bring it to the DMV and have it inspected so you can get it registered for a tag in your state, man, you are lucky if you can ride one in Arkansas, cant here in crappy NC.
