I am looking at purchasing these? which is better. Which is lower maintence. which has better preformance, reliabilty, all around better. if it matters i am 6'1" , 160. So far i like the 250ex better because of shaft drive and reliabilty

I would not go with any of those bikes because it sounds like your a tad on the big side for both of them size wise. But if I had to pick I would go with the Blaster because its 2 strokes and and 2 strokes get more bang for the buck on aftermarket mods. Also I believe the MSRP on the Blaster is cheaper. Also parts are easy to get for the blater because its been around for 13 years and is Relible.

Your to big for either of these. Look for a used 400ex. You will be much happier in the long run. But if the choice is only between these two quads definitely go with the blaster, As your experience level increases you will be much happier with the blaster

Im 6'3 160 and the blaster does feel a little small but I think that makes it fun, very easy to throw it around.. Have not seen a 250ex yet so dont have a clue about them, look nice though... would look even nicer if they cost a couple hundred less...
