I will need to do this soon also. Is it worth getting the 12:1 compression kit since the gas will cost more in anybody's opinion?

I would get a 10:25 pump gas. It's more reliable and cheaper gas. look at my profile at my warrior

Thats what I was thinking. This is a little off subject but dont want to start a new thread, but are yamaha lug patterns the same through all the atv years? I found some rear wheels off of an '03 raptor for real cheap and want to make sure they fit.

Heck NO!!! Not unless you will be racing only, but who races a Warrior these days? It's nice to just pull up to the pump and fill up, and besides, regular gas is high enough.

Wow that is good considering. It's about $3.39 here for regular. It was $.89 per gallon when I started driving!

I always run 93 in mine anyway. The main problem with race fuel is they don't sell it at the pumps. If they did, then yeah, lets all run race fuel. It would only be $15 for a day's ride, right? But where will you go to fill back up?
