Default Hot warrior

does anyone ever have a problem with a warrior getting really hot. or have any sugestions on keeping it a little cooller. i know its a air cooled motor it just seems to get really hot or is that just the way they run

Default Hot warrior

If your head pipe is not glowing hot, then you are fine, propper jetting helps keep the cylinder temps cooler, my 350 seems to get a little warm too but all my bikes and quads do when I ride em for a while, well except my 2 strokes, they run alot cooler than the 4 strokes.

i havent had any problem with mine it gets hot but ive ridden it all day before and have had no problem with it

yea the warriors engine is just a very old design, you can install a big bear oil cooler on them to help out but thats not necessary unless you get it stroked or something
