Default New info about the Warrior

I bought the quad from a teammates younger brother for 500$ who had it for about a month he bought i from an older man who had it since new.

I was told it was a stock '86 Warrior 350 i took it to a friends shop back home and had him look it over and it has a decent list of mods:

Its an '89 Warrior
Bored out to .040

Washable Air Filter and K&N style intake

Oversized Mikuni BSR Carb

And for some unknown reason it still has a stock exhaust

87 was the first year for warriors and 65mph seems a little high... unless the front sprocket is a 15 tooth or something and its gotta bigger cam and other stuff a stock warrior only does like 55

Stock Warrior will do about 58mph. If its a built engine on a 14t front sprocket 65 is attainable.

Its a 14 tooth sprocket.

I dont klnow for sure if it has a cam shaft or not my buddy said it might because it does rev really fast but i didnt wanna take it apart.

I also just replaced the handlebars with some low-profile Fly Racing aluma-steel bars. Amazing look and feel blows away the ugly stock bars

I would hope it has a cam in it with those other mods. Pulling the cam really isn't that big of a project.
