Slip on for Wolverine...
I had the HMF for the 08 4x4. I liked it, however, I ended up not keeping it. I didnt notice much of a difference even after jetting. I am not sure what year you are referring to but on the 08 I didnt notice any significant power advantage. The benefit was the noise of the exhaust.
