Dear lord man!? How big do you need to go? You already have the largest stock displacement out there! LOL Talk about the need for speed! =-)

Rude660r,
I'm unsure if it was you, or someone else I gave this info to already. Anyway, I too am looking for more power. Though I don't want to bore it out, until I have to. I am looking for a stock bore high comp kit. Currently, the only company that has them for sale is Powroll, 11.0-1 and you can get 2 different cams. Personally, I am going to wait so I can speak with other company's to see what they are seeing. Here are 2 company's that offer big bore high comp kits.
Bike Worx @ (978) 897-0044 They have been modding 660 engines for the dual sport bike for 6 years or so and have been working with the Raptor motor for atleast 7 months. Nice people and very knowledgable.
FST (Four Stroke Tech) @ (814) 842-6159 Ask for Mickey. They only take calls from 3-5 CST. I spoke with him 2 weeks ago and is offering a 40 over 10.25-1 kit and does porting if you are ready!
Hope this helps. After you speak with them post back, I'm curious to see if anything has changed since my last conversation with them.

Personally, I am going to wait for the CT Racing kit to come out. Since I am already buying their pipe, filter, and jet kit. Supposedly it puts the power into the 60+ hp range.

AlaskaTRX,
I don't know what CT gave you? Must be some good drugs! If you think a pipe, filter and jetting is going to give you over 20hp's, you are high.
Good Luck!

Read, Thats what he has ordered, he's waiting for the Cam, valves and porting R&D to be finished by CT. Then you can bet he'll be close to 60HP

I went through Bikeworx. They treated me great. I know that the piston I got was a J.E. I also would strongly recommend just going with the stock bore. When I did mine I was in a rush and they where out of stock bore pistons. If you talk with ***land there you won't be disappointed. He is very knowledgable.
