Hey, i have a 2005 Yamaha blaster 6-speed all stock. i was clocked by car and hit 60 mph.
What can i do to get it to 65 without boring/porting the piston?

also what pipe brand would give me the most power?

Also if i get a smaller back sprocket will it add more speed.
or will it make me accelerate alot slower?

thanks

pipe and gearing will get you to 65. ct racing, lrd and vitos are good pipes. yes the taller gears will take a little longer to get to top speed but not to much . with the combo of mods i have its a world of diff over stock. when i ride with my buddys who have stock blasters , with them riding 100 feet in front of me on a short straight road, at third gear, we signal each other. before the end i can pass them easily in fifth gear. no lie. i have stock gears

The Toomey B1 is a very good pipe and I think I would mess with the front sprocket at first before the rear. I would go up a couple teeth on the front and see what that does for you.
