TTR 125 idle problems
#1
2006 TTR 125 is having problems idleing. The choke plunger was corroded so I replaced and cleaned carburator while I was at it. The bike will start okay but I cannot get it to idle well at all. Adjusting the idle screw does a little good but not much. I noticed another adjustment screw inside the bowl but not sure if this would have anything to do with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First I would pull the bowl back of the bottom of the carb and remove the front pilot jet, take one single strand from a wire brush and slide it through the hole and make sure that it is not plugged, that is what will or will not let your bike idle is the pilot jet, if that doesnt work, your valves may need to be adjusted.
