Default warrior suspention

will a 250r rear shock with adjustable valving work on my 97 warrior and if so how much better will it be. my budy has one at a very low price [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img] and i still want to know if i can run a moto 4 oil filter cover and oil cooler. another one of those good price budy things. worked maintenance for a long time and even raced dirt cars but new to atvs and even more so to forums.so thanks and i apeatiate any help and all advice.

More than likely the 250R shock will not work and if it mounted up I dought it would ride correctly. Not sure on the moto 4 oil filter cover either but you can add a oil cooler to the warrior using factory big bear 350 parts. YFZ shocks will bolt onto the front of your bike and are much better than stock but not a replacement for a properly sprung and valved aftermarket shock or rebuild. Same thing with the rear but you need a 2001 raptor 660 shock. Only a 2001 will work because it has a remote mounted rez vs a piggy back style of later years. It too is no replacement for a properly sprung and valved aftermarket shock or rebuild but it will be better than stock.
