Raptor stalling at low rpm's

I have an 04 raptor that stalls when I pull the clutch, shift to neutral, or if I'm just bearly touching the throttle in gear. When I'm on the throttle quite a bit, it runs fine. I had a local guy that does atv work look at it and he told me it could be one of two things, one of the things he said it could be was the coil, and I'm not sure what the other was. If anybody could help me out and maybe shed some light, I'd really appreciate it.

When you are running it hard, you are pulling gas through the main jet, at low rpm with the throttle pretty much closed, you are mainly getting it from the pilot jet, you could have a plugged up pilot jet, try pulling the bowl and making sure all the jets and ports are blown open with a good blast of carb cleaner. Also, make sure your idle is not too low, it could just be stalling from the load change because the engine is not running fast enough.

I'll have to check it out and see if that clears it up, the only thing that makes me think that it's really not in the fuel system is that when its cold it will idle fine. It will start right up and idle, but after ive been riding for...maybe 5-10 minutes or so, it starts acting up.
