Just bought a non running 1986 yamaha moto4 80cc quad. Breaking down the trouble shooting process I have already replaced the battery so that is good, and cleaned the carb out and put back on. The next thing I notice there is no splarjk from the spark plug cable. I am not a real mechanical person, but atv can not start without spark right? Previous owner added cheesy head lights to the thing and i was recommended to go get a wiring diagram and take ouff the headlights for the trouble shooting process. Any suggestions if a diagram is out there anywhere for the atv and should i mess with this myself or just take it in to a dealer to look at it overall and get it up and running?
