CARBS FREZZING NEED TIPS

i have a 90 banshee 350 dg exhuast but in the snow and cold weather the carbs are frezzing and it is overeving, i am wandering if there is a air filter to stop the snow from going into the carbs or anything....

are you not running any airbox??? or are you not running a filter? if its reving too high and your not on the throttel, its an intake leak...
