Advice needed

I've never had aftermarket exhaust, but I found one with a powercommander for 300...aka saved $300 or so. It was taken off an 08 raptor. How do I know when or if it needs repacked?

The packing is good for so many hours on average. the packing is not that expensive, and easy enough to check when you pull the exhaust apart.

Advice needed

the best way to monitor exhaust is to get a sticker and put it on the inside of your can toward the back end. when the sticker starts to look burnt on the end close to the front its time to repack
