Well for one thing you will probably beat the raptors. they are mainly a dune quad as far as I know! They are like the raptors all they are mainly for is the speed they can hit 75 mph around there stock I think. just check around I know of one site that has some 500 quadzilla stuff on it.Its www.screaminglt250r.homestead.com/ this should help you out a little bit I hope!!!!

Go for it! I am trying to locate a 500 as we speak. When mine was bone stock in about 1994 it went 81mph. That is pretty fast for a quad, especially a stock one.It would have killed my Raptor and would outrun most piped Banshees. They are pretty reliable machines, made mostly for dune riding. They jump a lot better than a Banshee, i can tell you that. They had great suspension for 1990 standards, put some modern shocks, tires and wheels on it and you wont be disapointed.I have heard that some of them have suffered form weak rods, but I have never seen one break due to engine failure.

A stock Raptor cant even come close to touching a piped Banshee.MOst pipes Shees run about 80 mph. The best i have seen from a stock Raptor is 76, and that was with a 120 lb guy on there. My Piped 99 Banshee made my stock Raptor look downright foolish. Now i have pipe, filter, jetting and 14 tooth front and the Raptor only now, after all those mods will begin to run with the Banshee. Now if you race the 2 of them on dirt it is a different story because the Banshee cant hook, but once it does it is gunning for the 660s a** in a hard way.Point of the story isont sell your Banshee because someone told you that the 660 is faster, because it aint. If anything i would be backing the Raptor because i just dropped about $6700 on one, but i cant say that it is anywhere as fast as a piped Shee. Oh yeah back to the topic, neither could touch my stock 90 Quadzilla

How big are you? I have owned 2 Zillas, but I am 6'1" 250 lbs. I was very comfortable on them, my Raptor feels cramped by comparison. I live in tight wood hillclimb country in NY, and I never had a problem making it sing through the woods.
Find a good bike mech. that has worked on Zillas and stick with him, soon you will learn the ways of the Zilla.
Good luck and have fun.
Zillas respond very well to a good pipe!
