How desperate will dealers get?
My local Yamaha dealer is trying to rid itself of excess stock.Good Luck to them in this economy. They have several 08 Raptor 700's in stock and have lowered the price to 5,399$ and they have an 07 YFZ 450 for 4,449$.Now these don't seem like blockbuster deals to me,but do you thin they will get even more desperate in this economy?Me and my father were talking and we want to put our money together to buy a new quad.He told me with the economy the way it is I could walk in with 3000 cash and walk out with a new Raptor 700.Do you guys think that dealers are that desperate?Does Yamaha have any rebates available for leftover stock models? We plan on(once we get some money together)to buy around July and August. Thanks a million for the help.

I am doubtful that you will walk out with a new Raptor for 3K. I don't see it happening. I am sure that they are willing to cut deep, but not that deep. I am sure that would be selling it at a loss. I doubt that there is that much markup in the price. I hope you do get it for that though, that would be great.
